The North East Youth Initiative For Development (NEYIF), in partnership with the Innovation & Creativity Opportunity Hub (ICO-HUB), is pleased to announce the Graduate Training Programme – Cohort One, designed to equip young graduates with practical skills needed to succeed in today’s competitive job market.
About the Programme
This one-month intensive training programme is tailored for graduates who are eager to strengthen their professional capacity, improve employability, and develop essential workplace skills. The programme focuses on practical learning and real-world knowledge that will prepare participants for modern career opportunities.
Training Schedule
Training sessions will be held three times a week:
- Fridays
- Saturdays
- Sundays

Participants will receive training in:
- Introduction to Artificial Intelligence (AI)
- CV Development
- Writing Motivational Letters & Statement of Purpose
- Job Application Strategies
- Job Interview Techniques
- Basic Research Skills
- Foreign Scholarship Opportunities
- Health Literacy
- Internet & Social Media Literacy

Programme Benefits
Participants will:

Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must:
- Be graduates residing in Damaturu
- Be between 18 and 35 years old
- Have access to at least an Android phone
- Be willing to implement a community project that benefits their community
Participants will be responsible for their transportation and feeding during the training period.
