About the Fellowship
The Airtel–3MTT NextGen Fellowship is a specialized track under the 3 Million Technical Talent (3MTT) Programme, powered by the Airtel Africa Foundation.
It identifies and supports exceptional young Nigerians, equipping them with the tools, skills, and exposure needed to transition from learning to real career opportunities.
