The organisation is currently recruiting talented young graduates to join its 2026 Graduate Management Trainee Programme, an opportunity designed to develop future leaders in the energy sector.
About the Programme
The Graduate Management Trainee Programme is an accelerated career pathway for high-potential individuals ready to shape Africa’s energy future and contribute to Sahara Group’s next phase of growth and transformation.
Designed for emerging professionals, the programme enables a fast transition from learning to leadership by placing participants in roles with real responsibility early in their careers.
The programme includes:
- Six months of intensive, hands-on training
- Exposure to live projects and real business transactions
- Practical experience across key areas of the energy sector

Eligibility Requirements
To be considered, applicants must:
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of Second Class Lower (2:2) or equivalent from an accredited institution
- Have between 0–3 years of work experience
- Possess strong analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills
A Master’s degree or relevant professional certification will be considered an added advantage.
