Greenspace Farms Limited (Greenco) is an integrated agri-food company operating across egg production, food processing, agronomy operations, and FMCG distribution to retail outlets across Nigeria.

Programme Overview
- Location: Lagos (office-based with regular field travel)
- Duration: 36-month structured mentorship programme
- Reporting Line: Managing Director
- Experience Level: 0 – 4 years
- Qualification: B.Sc. / HND in Agribusiness, Business Administration, Agriculture, Economics, or related field
- Salary: ₦250,000 – ₦300,000/month (reviewed at each programme milestone)
The Opportunity
This is not a conventional management trainee programme.
We are seeking two exceptional young professionals who will work closely with the Managing Director—gaining first-hand experience in running an integrated agri-food business, participating in key decision-making, solving real business challenges, and progressively taking on leadership responsibilities over a structured 36-month period.

Two Tracks. Two Openings.
We are hiring one candidate per track, both offering equal exposure, access to leadership, and a structured development path. Successful candidates will transition into defined senior leadership roles upon completion.
Track A — Operations & Farm
Key Focus Areas:
- Farm and field operations oversight
- Logistics and supply chain coordination
- Vendor and supplier management
- Inventory control and stock-taking
- Operational KPI monitoring and reporting
- Staff coordination and farm-level HR support
Career Path: Chief Operating Officer (COO)

Key Focus Areas:
- Sales and retail distribution management
- Customer relationship and account management

Career Path: General Manager / Commercial Director

Qualifications & Experience
- B.Sc. or HND in Agribusiness, Business Administration, Agricultural Economics, Finance, or related field
- 0 – 3 years post-graduation experience (strong early-career candidates encouraged)
- Track A: Experience in operations, logistics, supply chain, or farm management (advantageous)
- Track B: Experience in sales, FMCG distribution, finance, or account management (advantageous)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word; basic financial reporting knowledge is a plus
- Must be Lagos-based or willing to relocate
