Beacon Power Services is offering its 2026 Graduate Trainee Program, a 12-month structured program designed to develop young talents in energy, technology, and business operations.
Trainees will rotate across two business functions (6 months each) and gain hands-on experience, with top performers offered full-time roles after completion.
- Support operations, research, reporting, and documentation
- Participate in training sessions and team meetings
- Deliver assigned tasks and take ownership of responsibilities

Requirements
- Must have completed NYSC
- Must be under 26 years old
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (2:2 and above can apply)
- Relevant fields: Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Business, Finance, HR, Marketing, etc.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
