Beacon Power Services is offering its 2026 Graduate Trainee Program, a 12-month structured program designed to develop young talents in energy, technology, and business operations.

Trainees will rotate across two business functions (6 months each) and gain hands-on experience, with top performers offered full-time roles after completion.

• Support operations, research, reporting, and documentation
• Participate in training sessions and team meetings
• Deliver assigned tasks and take ownership of responsibilities
• Collaborate across teams and contribute to projects
• Develop technical and professional skills across departments

Requirements

• Must have completed NYSC
• Must be under 26 years old
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (2:2 and above can apply)
• Relevant fields: Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Business, Finance, HR, Marketing, etc.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
