This program offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience through structured training, mentorship, and exposure to key business areas within a dynamic and growth-driven environment. Trainees will develop critical skills in Investment Management, Investment Operations, and Business Development.

About the ProgramÂ
Successful candidates will:
- Participate in structured training sessions and hands-on learning

- Receive mentorship from experienced professionals
Requirement:
We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:
- Minimum of a Second-Class Upper degree in a relevant discipline from a reputable university
- Completion of NYSC (or exemption)Â or currently about to commence NYSC.
- 0–2 years of relevant experience (internships inclusive) in finance, consulting, asset management, audit/advisory, or related fields
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated interest in finance, investments, or business strategy (through coursework, certifications, competitions, or extracurricular activities)
- Progress toward or completion of CFA, ICAN, ACCA, or similar certifications is an added advantage
