Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience in digital/product campaigns
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in governance, elections, development, or advocacy campaigns
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Proven experience in program/project management
  • Deep understanding of Nigeria’s electoral system, governance processes, and policy landscape
