About the Programme
The Agricultural Graduate Technical Trainee Programme (AGTTP) is a structured development initiative designed to train and equip young Nigerian graduates with practical skills across the agricultural value chain.

Eligibility Requirements
Applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Hold a degree in any of the following:
- B.Sc
- B.Eng
- B.Agric
- HND
- Have studied any of these disciplines:
- Agriculture
- Agronomy
- Soil Science
- Agricultural Engineering
- Or any closely related field
- Have 0–2 years of work experience
- Be passionate about agriculture and agribusiness
- Be willing to work in field-based environments
