During the program, trainees will work with consulting teams to support clients in solving operational and strategic business problems. What You Will Do
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to develop and implement solutions that address business challenges.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships by delivering high-quality support and professional service.
- Assist in developing solutions that improve business processes, operational efficiency, and organizational performance.
- Support senior consultants in executing projects through data collection, analysis, financial modeling, and report preparation.
- Conduct industry research and market analysis to provide strategic insights for clients.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and recommendations for management and client decision-making.
- Stay informed about emerging trends, best practices, and new developments in consulting and business advisory services.
Eligibility Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of Second Class Upper (2:1) from an accredited university.
- Open to graduates from any academic discipline.
- Must have completed the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC).
- Professional certification or membership in a relevant professional body is an added advantage.
- Strong communication, writing, and presentation skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new challenges.
- Energetic, proactive, and results-driven mindset.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
