What You Will Do

• Participate in structured training and development programs.
• Gain hands-on experience across various banking functions.
• Support customer service, business development, operations, and other assigned units.
• Learn and apply banking policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Assist in customer acquisition and relationship management activities.
• Prepare reports and perform administrative duties as assigned.
• Contribute to the achievement of departmental and organizational goals.

Requirements for the Spectrum MfB Graduate Trainee Program 2026

• Bachelor’s Degree or HND in any discipline from a recognised institution.
• Minimum of Second Class Lower (2:2) or Lower Credit.
• Must have completed NYSC or possess a valid exemption certificate.
• Not more than 27 years of age at the time of application.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
