What You Will Do
- Participate in structured training and development programs.
- Gain hands-on experience across various banking functions.

Requirements for the Spectrum MfB Graduate Trainee Program 2026
- Bachelor’s Degree or HND in any discipline from a recognised institution.
- Minimum of Second Class Lower (2:2) or Lower Credit.
- Must have completed NYSC or possess a valid exemption certificate.
- Not more than 27 years of age at the time of application.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
