• Certificate of Local Government Area (LGA) of origin

• The postgraduate scholarship intake is open to Enugu State indigenes pursuing a Master’s degree or PhD in any Nigerian tertiary institution.

3. Visit the application portal at apply.esselb.en.gov.ng and log in using your voucher.
4. Select the Postgraduate Scholarship category. Ensure you choose the correct category and avoid multiple submissions.
5. Complete your personal and academic information, upload your documents (in one PDF under 2 MB), and submit before the deadline.
6. After submission, notifications of shortlisting will be sent via the portal. Shortlisted applicants may be required to take an online computer-based test (CBT) or undergo additional screening.
