- HR Outsourcing & Workforce Management
- Vendor Management & Coordination
- Reward Management & Employee Benefits
- Employee Welfare & Engagement Programs
- HR Compliance & Outsourcing Regulations
- Data Analysis and Reporting within HR Functions
Eligibility Criteria:
Academic Qualifications:
- A first degree in Accounting, Engineering, Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related field.
- Additional certifications are a strong advantage, including:

- Accounting: ICAN, ACCA
- Data & Business Analytics: Power BI, Tableau, SQL
- Human Resources: CIPM, SHRM
- Project Management: PMP, PRINCE2
Required Experience & Competencies:
- Minimum of 6 years’ experience in HR outsourcing, vendor operations, or managing large-scale workforce administration.
- Demonstrated success in managing large outsourced teams and multiple third-party vendors.
- Strong analytical and numerical capabilities with the ability to interpret and utilize headcount and cost-related data.
- Sound knowledge of Nigerian labor laws, outsourcing guidelines, and HR compliance frameworks.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, HRIS platforms, and data visualization/reporting tools.
- High attention to detail, organizational discipline, and strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven work environment.
- Adaptability, problem-solving acumen, and a readiness to go the extra mile when needed.
