We are looking for professionals with proven experience in one or more of the following HR functions:

  • Data Analysis and Reporting within HR Functions

Eligibility Criteria:

Academic Qualifications:

  • A first degree in Accounting, Engineering, Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related field.
  • Additional certifications are a strong advantage, including:
    • Accounting: ICAN, ACCA
    • Data & Business Analytics: Power BI, Tableau, SQL
    • Human Resources: CIPM, SHRM
    • Project Management: PMP, PRINCE2

Required Experience & Competencies:

  • Minimum of 6 years’ experience in HR outsourcing, vendor operations, or managing large-scale workforce administration.
  • Demonstrated success in managing large outsourced teams and multiple third-party vendors.
  • Strong analytical and numerical capabilities with the ability to interpret and utilize headcount and cost-related data.
  • Sound knowledge of Nigerian labor laws, outsourcing guidelines, and HR compliance frameworks.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, HRIS platforms, and data visualization/reporting tools.
  • High attention to detail, organizational discipline, and strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven work environment.
  • Adaptability, problem-solving acumen, and a readiness to go the extra mile when needed.
