This program is designed to discover, support, and scale youth-driven innovations that can transform how democracy works in Nigeria.
Program Highlights
- Virtual Acceleration Program – 12 selected teams will join an intensive program with capacity-building workshops, mentorship, and technical support to refine their civic-tech or democratic innovations.
- Civic Hackathon Pitch – The top 6 teams will pitch their solutions live before expert judges, investors, and key stakeholders.
- Seed Funding – The 3 winning teams will each receive ₦500,000 in seed funding to scale their solutions and amplify their impact.
Eligibility Criteria
- Solutions must focus on accountability, elections, civic engagement, or youth participation.
- Projects should leverage Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Technology.
- Must present a SMART solution (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, and Time-bound).
- Applications are open only to innovators from Adamawa, Bauchi, Borno, Gombe, Taraba, or Yobe State.
