About the 2026 Erasmus Mundus REPLAY Scholarship
The Erasmus Mundus REPLAY Master’s Program is a prestigious two-year European joint degree designed for students passionate about game design, development, and interactive digital experiences.
The program brings together learners from around the world to design, experiment, and create meaningful game experiences, blending creativity, innovation, and research.
REPLAY is delivered across three leading European game universities:
- Lusófona University, Lisbon, Portugal
- LUCA School of Arts, Genk, Belgium
- Aalto University, Helsinki, Finland
Students will be immersed in three distinct national ecosystems, gaining exposure to diverse artistic cultures, industry practices, and cutting-edge game development environments.

Eligibility Criteria for the 2026 REPLAY Erasmus Mundus Scholarship
To be considered, applicants must:
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution.
- Demonstrate English proficiency.
- Meet the general entry requirements of the consortium universities.
Evaluators will assess applicants based on:
- Academic performance, based on previous university results.
- Motivation and fit, reviewed through the CV, motivation letter, analytical tasks, and portfolio/showreel.
- English communication skills, evaluated from submitted certificates and the interview.
Applicants with the highest scores will be invited for an online interview scheduled by the selection committee. Those not selected for an interview will be notified via email.
