Sales Representative Role

What You’ll Do
As a Sales Representative, you’ll be the face of HLB Ltd, helping customers discover our unique range of health and wellness products. Your responsibilities will include:
- Engaging Customers: Welcome and guide walk-in clients while showcasing our wellness products.
- Product Knowledge: Assist customers in selecting products that suit their needs.
- Sales Goals: Meet or exceed sales targets, contributing to the team’s overall success.
- Customer Support: Build strong relationships by providing outstanding service and answering product-related queries.
- Equipment Operation: Use or learn basic health devices, such as blood pressure monitors and diabetes test kits.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in-store.
- Provide accurate details about product features and pricing.
- Cross-sell related items to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Keep shelves stocked and displays tidy.
- Inform customers about discounts and special promotions.
- Communicate customer feedback to the Store Supervisor.
- Stay updated on the latest products and services.

Experience as a Medical Sales Representative or in the dietary supplement industry is a bonus!
