About the Role

Are you passionate about people and eager to make a difference in the workplace? Our Human Resources Department is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join the team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the HR department, including data entry, document management, and recordkeeping.
  • Assist in recruitment and selection processes, including job postings, interview scheduling, and candidate communication.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth experience for new and exiting employees.
  • Help organize training programs, workshops, and engagement initiatives that foster a positive work culture.
  • Respond to employee inquiries on HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
  • Prepare HR-related reports, memos, and presentations as assigned.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and labour laws.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • 1–2 years of experience in HR or administrative support (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HRIS systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
