General Requirements
1. Academic Staff:
a. Ph.D. in relevant field (required for Professors and Associate Professors and Senior Lecturers)
b. Relevant teaching and research experience
c. Evidence of Publications in reputable journals
d. Professional memberships Certificates (where applicable)
2. Non-Academic Staff:
a. Relevant qualifications and experience
b. Computer literacy is essential
c. Prior work in university or public service is an advantage
Recruitment Process
All applicants will undergo a 3-stage recruitment process:
1. CBT Aptitude Test
Computer-based test to assess general reasoning and role-specific knowledge
2. Paper-based Examination
Subject-area exam (for academic roles) or competency-based test (for non-academic roles)
3. Oral Interview
Panel interview assessing communication, expertise, and institutional fitness
Candidates must successfully pass each stage to move to the next.
