Eligibility Criteria
Eligibility depends on the applicant category:
Category 1: Graduate Engineers (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical)
- Nigerian citizens aged 18–35
- Degree or HND in a relevant engineering discipline from a recognized institution
- Currently unemployed and not in full-time government employment
- Completed NYSC or possess an exemption/exclusion certificate
- Willing to work in Local Government Areas where Ministry projects are ongoing
- Basic computer skills (knowledge of engineering software is an advantage)
Category 2: Skilled Artisans (e.g. Mason, Carpenter, Electrician)
- Nigerian citizens aged 18–49
- Vocational training, trade test certification, or proven hands-on experience
- Unemployed at the time of application
- Physically fit for construction and site-based work
- Willing to undergo additional training and project attachment
