ARISE Tech Talent Accelerator Program 2026 Details
The ARISE Tech Talent Accelerator Program is a strategic digital skills initiative launched by the Akwa Ibom State Government under the leadership of Umo Eno to develop a globally competitive workforce of digital professionals.
The programme aims to train 1,200 young people in high-demand technical fields, including:
- Mobile App Development (Flutter)
- Data Analytics
- Cybersecurity
- Cloud Computing & DevOps
- Digital Marketing
Selected participants will receive comprehensive support to sit for industry-recognized certification examinations from global providers such as Amazon Web Services, CompTIA, Google, and Flutter. These certifications will significantly improve participants’ competitiveness in the global technology job market.
Participants will undergo intensive training and practical learning at the Akwa Ibom Youth Development Hub.

Eligibility Requirements
To be considered for the ARISE Tech Talent Accelerator Program 2026, applicants must:
- Be an indigene of Akwa Ibom State
- Be a graduate (B.Sc., HND, or equivalent) from a recognized institution
- Be registered on the Akwa Ibom State Youth Employment Portal with a completed profile
- Possess a personal laptop (mandatory for the technical training tracks)
- Be available to commit to a full-time, 3-month intensive training programme in Uyo
