We are seeking a highly talented Program Manager to lead, design, and execute our initiatives with excellence.
Role Overview:
The Program Manager will be responsible for the strategic planning, execution, and evaluation of Brigers’ programs. This role requires a dynamic leader who is passionate about youth development, has a strong background in program management, and is skilled in stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage impactful programs aligned with Brigers’ mission.
- Lead program design, strategy formulation, and execution.
- Build and maintain partnerships with key stakeholders, including donors, government agencies, and community leaders.
- Supervise and mentor program staff, ensuring effective collaboration and high performance.
- Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness, making data-driven improvements.
- Prepare reports, proposals, and presentations for funding and partnership opportunities.
- Oversee program budgets and ensure optimal resource allocation.
- Represent Brigers at relevant conferences, workshops, and networking events.
Eligibility & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or HND in Business Administration, Development Studies, Social Sciences, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in program management, preferably in youth development, social impact, or entrepreneurship programs.
- Proven ability to design and implement impact programs.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools and data analysis.
- Ability to work independently and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in grant writing and fundraising is an added advantage.
