About the Global Graduate Programme
The BAT Global Graduate Programme is a fast-track leadership development programme designed to build the next generation of business leaders.
Over 18 months, you will go through a structured rotation across key operational areas, gaining deep, hands-on experience while contributing to real business outcomes from day one.
A major highlight of the programme is the Global Graduate Academy, including an international experience in London, where you will connect with graduates and leaders from across the world.

What You’ll Be Doing
As a Global Graduate in Operations, you will gain exposure across:
- Manufacturing (Make): Hands-on experience in production processes
- Supply Chain Planning (Plan): Balancing demand and supply efficiently
- Logistics: Managing product flow and distribution strategies
- Procurement: Driving innovation, cost efficiency, and supplier partnerships
- Service Operations: Supporting global business services and transformation
- Product Innovation: Collaborating with marketing and sales teams
Who Can Apply
To be eligible, candidates must:
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
- Have completed NYSC
- Have 0–3 years post-graduate experience
- Have exposure to operations, manufacturing, or supply chain (an advantage)
- Be fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Be open to national and international mobility
