The Women in Self-Employment Programme (WISE-P) is a strategic initiative by the Small and Medium Enterprises Development Agency of Nigeria (SMEDAN) aimed at empowering Nigerian women through entrepreneurship and self-employment.
This government-backed program provides tailored training, mentorship, financial support, and market access to help women establish, grow, and sustain their own businesses especially those in rural and semi-urban communities.
