Program Details
The Coca-Cola International Leadership Trainee Program combines a hands-on learning approach with mentorship from senior leaders at Coca-Cola HBC, supported by world-class formal learning modules.
The program is targeted at high-caliber Gen Z candidates (Nigerians based locally or abroad) who are eager to learn quickly and grow into future leaders within large multinational organizations.
Throughout the program, trainees are assigned complex strategic projects, enabling them to develop the skills, confidence, and business insight required for senior leadership roles.

Eligibility Requirements
To be considered for the Coca-Cola Leadership Trainee Program, applicants must:
- Hold a university degree or be able to commit full-time to the program while studying
- Demonstrate early leadership experience (through employment, student associations, NGOs, sports teams, entrepreneurship, etc.)
- Show strong interest in leadership development within Commercial or Supply Chain functions
- Have clear professional and leadership ambitions, supported by relevant trainings, seminars, or workshops
- Be fluent in English with strong communication skills
- Have up to three (3) years of formal work experience after graduation
- Be willing to relocate internationally if required
- Participation in extracurricular activities or volunteering is an added advantage
- Experience living in more than one country is also an added advantage
