The ECOWAS Immersion Internship Program 2026 aims to:

ECOWAS, also known as CEDEAO in French, is a regional political and economic union of fifteen West African countries. Collectively, these nations cover an area of 5.1 million km² with a population of more than 349 million people (as of 2015).

Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for the ECOWAS Immersion Internship Program 2026, applicants must:

  • Be a citizen of an ECOWAS Member State.
  • Be 32 years of age or younger.
  • Hold at least a Bachelor’s degree (BSc, MSc, PhD, or equivalent).
  • Be available to participate full-time for the duration of the internship.

Internship Benefits

  • Motivation for applying.

  • Curriculum Vitae (CV) in PDF format.
  • A valid national identity card or passport (PDF or JPEG).
  • Copies of academic certificates (PDF).
