About the EY Graduate Trainee Program
The EY Graduate Trainee Program provides young professionals with the opportunity to apply their academic knowledge while gaining real-world experience in audit, financial reporting, consulting, and business advisory services.
Participants will work with a wide range of clients—from small and medium-sized enterprises to globally recognized brands—helping them maintain reliable financial statements, improve operational processes, and support strategic decision-making.

Eligibility Requirements
To be considered for the program, applicants must:
- Hold a degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Actuarial Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field
- Have completed the mandatory National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) program
- Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Have strong IT skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Demonstrate strong motivation to start a career in professional services
- Hold a minimum of Second Class Upper (2:1) degree
