Through a carefully designed learning and leadership framework, LeadGreen equips fellows with practical knowledge, leadership tools, mentorship, and access to a powerful network of changemakers working across climate, sustainability, and social impact sectors in Africa.

About the LeadGreen Fellowship ( Cohort 3)
Cohort III of the LeadGreen Fellowship is a 16-week intensive leadership and climate action program created for young Africans who want to move beyond ideas and take action.
The fellowship is designed to:
- Build strong leadership and systems-thinking skills
- Deepen understanding of climate change, sustainability, and environmental justice
- Support fellows in designing and implementing real-world impact projects
- Connect participants to a growing network of climate leaders, mentors, and organizations across Africa
Participants will engage in structured learning sessions, collaborative discussions, hands-on projects, and mentorship opportunities that prepare them to drive sustainable change at local, national, and continental levels.

Eligibility Criteria

- Show commitment to personal growth and leadership development
- Be willing to actively participate for the full 16-week duration
