Leventis Foundation Nigeria (LFN) is a respected charitable organization established in 1988 to continue the philanthropic legacy of Anastasios G. Leventis.
The 2026 Graduate Trainee Program welcomes young engineering graduates who are eager to build a mission-driven career focused on tangible community impact and long-term professional growth within a reputable institution.
Eligibility Requirements
To be considered for the program, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
- 0–2 years of post-graduation experience
- Basic understanding of automotive systems (mechanical and electrical)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- NYSC completion certificate or exemption
- Willingness to work in any of the following locations: Enugu, Aba, Lagos, or Abuja

Roles and Responsibilities
Successful candidates will:
- Assist in performing preventive and corrective maintenance on fleet vehicles
- Support diagnosis and troubleshooting of mechanical and electrical faults
- Participate in routine vehicle inspections and safety checks
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation
- Support breakdown response and emergency repairs when required
- Monitor vehicle performance and report recurring technical issues
- Ensure compliance with maintenance standards and safety procedures
