Programme Details
The Nestlé Nigeria Technical Training Programme 2025 is facilitated by the Nestlé Technical Training Centre (NTTC). Over an 18-month period, trainees will undergo a blended learning approach—integrating theory with practical, hands-on training.

The programme is structured around three (3) technical disciplines:
- Mechanical Operations
- Electrical & Instrumentation Operations
- Automation & Control Systems
Eligibility & Requirements
To qualify, candidates must meet the following:
A. Academic Qualifications
Minimum of Lower Credit in Ordinary National Diploma (OND) from a recognized Nigerian Polytechnic (obtained not earlier than 2022) in any of the following or related fields:
- Mechanical Engineering
- Electrical & Electronics Engineering / Electrical Installation & Maintenance Engineering
- Applied Mechanical & Electrical Engineering (Mechatronics)
- Applied Mechanical, Electrical & Electronics Engineering
- Industrial Measurement & Control / Instruments Mechanics Work
- Automation Engineering
B. O’Level Requirements
Five (5) credits at one (1) sitting, including:
- English Language
- Mathematics
- Physics
- Plus either Further Mathematics, Chemistry, or Technical Drawing
C. Additional Requirements
- Strong interest in pursuing a technical career.
- Demonstrated problem-solving and digital skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
