Programme Details

As a Management Trainee, you will:

  • Understudy and understand the daily processes, objectives, and workflows of various departments (e.g., Marketing, Sales).
  • Participate in company-wide strategic planning activities.
  • Complete assigned tasks and support day-to-day business operations.
  • Attend meetings, workshops, and learning sessions.
  • Observe and learn from experienced team members and department heads.
  • Gain in-depth knowledge of company policies, guidelines, and operational procedures.
  • Take detailed notes and collaborate with Managers, Supervisors, and senior staff.
  • Meet performance goals and fulfil learning milestones set at the start of the program.
  • Adhere to company regulations and safety standards.
  • Assist with documentation and maintain updated records.
  • Learn conflict-resolution techniques and observe disciplinary procedures.
  • Travel to other office locations and support operations as needed.

Requirements

  • A degree in Management or Business is an added advantage.
  • Experience in management or related fields (e.g., Sales, Customer Service) is beneficial.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent written and verbal presentation skills.
  • Good numerical, analytical, and computational ability.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
