About the 2025 Graduate Trainee Program
The Reckitt Nigeria Management Trainee Program is designed to fast-track the careers of young, ambitious professionals. Participants will rotate across Commercial and Supply functions, gaining end-to-end exposure to Reckitt’s business operations.
This unique program develops the next generation of Reckitt leaders, equipping them with the skills, knowledge, and mindset to thrive in a dynamic global environment.

Eligibility Requirements
- A recent graduate with a degree in any discipline.
- Graduated with a minimum of Upper Second Class Honours (2:1).
- Must have completed NYSC by December 2025.
- Demonstrates curiosity, ambition, and a strong drive to succeed.
