Shell Companies in Nigeria offer Nigerian students in higher Institutions the opportunity to gain work experience through the Student Industrial Training Programme (SIWES).

An Eligible Applicants Must:
- Be a Nigerian citizen.
- Be enrolled full-time in an undergraduate program at a university or polytechnic in Nigeria.
- Have school authorisation and approval for Industrial Training.
- Have a CGPA of 3.5 and above.
The industrial training programme is designed for students to:
