Internship Role: User Services Intern

Role Overview

The User Services Intern will work within SunFi’s User Services unit, helping deliver exceptional service to SunFi platform users both online and offline.

This role involves supporting various functions of the User Services team, ensuring user engagement, feedback collection, and smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the User Services team with documentation, audits, and reliefs
  • Support routine and ancillary activities within the User Services unit
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and quality service delivery

  • Proficient in English (spoken and written)
  • Strong interpersonal skills from relevant experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite
