Job Description:
As a Business Analyst at Dangote Group, you will serve as the critical link between the business objectives and IT functions, ensuring smooth coordination and effective delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct statistical analysis and predictive modeling to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive business decisions.
- Develop and maintain dynamic dashboards, reports, and visualizations to track and communicate key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and provide actionable solutions.
- Prepare detailed reports, summaries, and presentations for various stakeholders to support decision-making.
- Document business requirements by working closely with stakeholders to understand their needs.
- Design comprehensive business process and data models to map out current operations and illustrate potential future states.
- Ensure the quality, integrity, and security of data through meticulous validation and continuous monitoring.
- Perform quality assurance and manage the impact of changes to business requirements.
- Identify areas for operational improvement and recommend effective strategies to enhance overall efficiency.
- Partner with product teams, data scientists, and stakeholders to define and implement innovative, data-driven solutions.
- Support business forecasting by preparing and analyzing performance and process data.
Qualifications and Requirements:
To excel in this role, the ideal candidate must possess the following:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 4 years of experience in Business/Systems Analysis, Quality Assurance, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, including Excel, SQL, Python, and R.
- Advanced expertise with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik.
- Familiarity with statistical analysis techniques, data transformation processes, and data governance principles.
- Proven ability to work with large datasets, ensuring accuracy and quality.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to derive insights from complex data.
- Practical experience in software development and process documentation.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey insights to diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and deliver results under tight deadlines.
- Willingness to work onsite as required.
