Program Details
Applications are now open for the Dangote Academy Industrial Maintenance Technician (IMT) Program.
This 18-month vocational training journey is designed to equip graduates of secondary schools and technical colleges with practical technical skills required for careers in industrial maintenance and plant operations.
The program integrates hands-on practical sessions, classroom instruction, and supervised workplace experience across Dangote facilities located in Lagos, Kano, Delta, and Kogi States.
The initiative is delivered in collaboration with Workforce to ensure industry-relevant training standards.

Eligibility Requirements
To be considered for the Dangote IMT Program 2026, applicants must:
- Be a recent graduate of a Secondary School (WAEC/NECO/SSCE) or a Technical College (NABTEB).
- Not possess an ND, HND, or University Degree. Candidates with these qualifications are strictly not eligible for this vocational program.
