Key Responsibilities

1. Business Performance Analysis

• Monitor and analyse operational and financial data across estates, client sites, and FM service contracts.
• Prepare insightful performance dashboards and reports, highlighting trends, variances, and actionable insights.
• Identify underperforming areas and recommend strategies for efficiency improvement.

2. Data Collection & Reporting

• Design and manage tools for efficient data collection across departments.
• Generate accurate and timely KPI reports covering revenue, cost per site, service efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
• Support the preparation of board and management reports with key performance metrics and strategic summaries.

3. Process Improvement & Operational Efficiency

• Map, evaluate, and analyse current business processes within FM operations.
• Recommend process automation or re-engineering initiatives to enhance workflow, reduce waste, and improve productivity.
• Collaborate with teams to implement improvements and track outcomes.

4. Budgeting & Forecasting Support

• Work closely with the finance team to monitor budget performance.
• Assist in forecasting revenues, expenses, and service costs based on historical and contract data.
• Track budget adherence and escalate significant deviations.

5. Strategic Planning & Project Support

• Provide data-driven insights for business development initiatives and new service models.
• Support feasibility studies, market research, and competitive benchmarking for new projects or expansions.
• Develop business cases and financial models to analyse ROI for proposed initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 2–4 years of proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
