Eligibility Criteria for the 2026 DCSL Graduate Trainee Program

To be considered for the program, applicants must:

  • Possess a minimum of Second Class Upper in any discipline from a Nigerian university, or its equivalent from a foreign university
  • Have completed the NYSC program
  • Be not more than 26 years old
  • For law graduates: possess a minimum of Second Class Upper from the Nigerian Law School

This program is designed to groom high-performing graduates for leadership roles in corporate services, providing exposure to multiple facets of business operations and governance.
