Role Overview
As a Recruitment Sales Trainee, you will:
- Be trained to manage the end-to-end recruitment sales cycle — from prospecting and pitching to relationship building and account management.
- Support business growth through lead generation, client engagement, and revenue development.
- Work directly with senior consultants to understand client needs and deliver tailored staffing solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution
- Completed NYSC
- 0–1 year experience in a customer-facing or sales-related role
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Eagerness to learn, grow, and perform in a results-driven environment
- Must reside near Lekki Phase 1, Lagos
