Role Overview

As a Recruitment Sales Trainee, you will:

• Be trained to manage the end-to-end recruitment sales cycle — from prospecting and pitching to relationship building and account management.
• Support business growth through lead generation, client engagement, and revenue development.
• Work directly with senior consultants to understand client needs and deliver tailored staffing solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution
• Completed NYSC
• 0–1 year experience in a customer-facing or sales-related role
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Eagerness to learn, grow, and perform in a results-driven environment
• Must reside near Lekki Phase 1, Lagos
