Health & Safety Officer

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Health & Safety Officer who will play a vital role in creating and maintaining a safe and compliant work environment.

The successful candidate will ensure regulatory compliance, drive a strong safety culture, and safeguard the well-being of employees through effective health and safety practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular workplace risk assessments and safety audits.
• Develop, implement, and review health and safety policies and procedures.
• Train and educate employees on safety protocols and best practices.
• Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses; recommend preventive measures.
• Monitor compliance with HSE standards, regulations, and company policies.
• Maintain detailed records and prepare periodic safety reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Industrial Hygiene, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 3 years relevant HSE experience.
• Professional certifications such as NEBOSH, CSP, COHS, OSHA are mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills to engage employees at all levels.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and reporting abilities.

Human Resource Officer

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resource Officer to support HR operations and people management.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and labor laws.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.
• Support recruitment and selection (sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding).
• Coordinate training and staff development programs.

Requirements

• 2–3 years’ HR experience (FMCG/Manufacturing industry experience is an added advantage).
• Strong knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Auditor

We are seeking a professional and detail-oriented Auditor to strengthen our internal control framework.

The Auditor will review financial records, ensure compliance with regulations, assess risks, and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and protect company assets.

• Review financial records, reports, and systems for accuracy.

Requirements

• B.Sc./HND in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related discipline.
• Minimum of 3–5 years’ proven experience as an Auditor, preferably in FMCG/manufacturing.
• Professional certifications such as ICAN, ACCA (or equivalent) are a strong advantage.
• In-depth knowledge of auditing standards, financial regulations, and internal control systems.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• High integrity, objectivity, and attention to detail.
