  4. State Representation: Applicants must be indigenes of the state they are applying for.

  6. Availability: Applicants must be ready to participate full-time in the program.
  7. Recommendations: A letter of recommendation is required from any of the following:
    • University Dean
    • NYSC Place of Primary Assignment (PPA)
    • A respected organization vouching for the applicant’s character and leadership abilities.
  8. Skills: Strong analytical skills and an entrepreneurial mindset are advantageous.
