About the MIPDaL Program

The MIPDaL program offers students an exceptional opportunity to study in multiple European countries and gain expertise in both IP and Data Law. Funded by the European Commission, the program awards up to 60 fully funded scholarships over five years—supporting 12 students per year.

Program Structure

  • 1st Semester:
    Students begin at one of the following universities:

  • Tallinn University of Technology (Estonia)
  • Université de Strasbourg/CEIPI (France)

2nd Semester:
Students progress to a specialization track of their choice, concluding the program with a Master’s Thesis.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Open to candidates from all countries
  • You must study in two countries different from your country of residence at the time of enrolment
  • Academic Qualification: Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent 4-year degree)
  • Conditional Offer: May be issued if you’ve completed at least 80% of your degree credits
  • Language Proficiency: English, Spanish, or French (official proof required)
