About the Internship Program
The TechnoServe Graduate Internship Program 2025 offers recent graduates a unique opportunity to gain real-world experience and contribute to meaningful development work. Interns are exposed to the inner workings of an international non-profit organization while gaining practical knowledge, technical skills, and professional development relevant to their future careers.
The internship is designed to provide hands-on learning in one of several key departments across TechnoServe Nigeria’s operations.

Available Internship Departments
Operations Department
Gain insight into the logistical engine that powers TechnoServe. Interns will support:
- Travel and logistics coordination
- Fleet and asset management
- Inventory tracking
- Procurement and insurance
- Security and facilities oversight
Finance Department
Experience the financial backbone of project delivery. Intern responsibilities may include:
- Accounts payable/receivable
- Budget tracking and financial reporting
- Cash flow management
- Compliance and internal financial controls
Human Resources Department
Learn to manage people operations and employee engagement through tasks such as:
- Recruitment and onboarding
- Staff training and development
- Performance evaluation
- HR policy implementation
Program/Project Support Roles
Contribute to the planning, execution, and reporting of donor-funded programs that tackle poverty-related issues. Tasks may include:
- Monitoring and evaluation
- Data analysis and reporting
- Community engagement
- Stakeholder coordination

Eligibility Criteria
To be considered, applicants must:
- Hold at least a Bachelor’s degree (B.Sc.) from a recognized institution
- Be a current NYSC member or a recent NYSC graduate
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with donor-funded projects
- Exposure to administrative or non-profit environments
- Familiarity with project implementation and reporting processes
