Reliable Steel and Plastic Industry Limited is a leading manufacturer of plastic thermowares, including food flasks and coolers.
As part of our expansion, we are seeking smart, driven, and hands-on graduates to join our Graduate Trainee Program and support the growth of our manufacturing operations.
Role Overview
The Graduate Trainee Program is designed to provide practical, on-the-job training across factory and corporate operations. Trainees will work closely with experienced professionals to gain hands-on experience in manufacturing processes, quality control, operations management, and business support functions.
Available Trainee Roles
- Graduate Trainee – Human Resources
- Graduate Trainee – Internal Control
- Graduate Trainee – Accounts
- Graduate Trainee – Assembly
- Graduate Trainee – Production
Key Responsibilities
- Support daily production, assembly, or administrative activities
- Learn and apply manufacturing and operational procedures
- Assist with quality control, safety standards, and process improvement initiatives
- Support record-keeping, reporting, and compliance activities
- Perform assigned duties with accuracy, discipline, and professionalism
Requirements & Qualifications
- B.Sc., B.A., or HND in Engineering, Industrial Chemistry, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related disciplines
- 0–2 years post-graduation experience
