The Institute for Crisis Resolution, Peacebuilding and Conciliation (ICRPC) invites qualified and passionate professionals to serve as State Coordinators across all 36 states of Nigeria and the Federal Capital Territory (FCT).
This is a unique opportunity to contribute meaningfully to nation-building by promoting peace, strengthening leadership structures, and advancing conflict resolution initiatives across Nigeria. Selected State Coordinators will play a vital role in expanding the Institute’s presence and impact at the state level.

Role Overview
State Coordinators will serve as the official representatives of ICRPC within their respective states, acting as the primary liaison between the state chapter and the national body.
Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinating trainings, workshops, seminars, and professional programs focused on peacebuilding and conflict resolution
- Mobilising and growing membership within the state
- Building strategic partnerships with government institutions, NGOs, academic bodies, and community stakeholders
- Promoting initiatives aimed at peacebuilding, mediation, and conflict prevention
- Strengthening the visibility and operational effectiveness of ICRPC at the state level

Eligibility Criteria
To be considered, applicants must:
- Possess a minimum of an HND or Bachelor’s degree
- Demonstrate strong leadership and organisational skills
- Show interest or experience in peacebuilding, security, law, education, public service, or community development
- Be well-connected within their state (an added advantage)
- Exhibit passion for nation-building and conflict prevention
