Eligibility Requirements
Applicants must:
- Be a citizen of any country (non-citizens of Kazakhstan)
- Be eligible whether residing in Kazakhstan or abroad (but not domiciled as a citizen)
- Possess relevant academic qualifications (secondary school certificate or university degree)
- Have strong academic records (required for undergraduate applicants)
- Hold a minimum GPA of 2.33/4.0 for Master’s (and similar requirement for further study)
- Demonstrate language proficiency in English, German, or French
