Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for consideration, applicants must:

Hold an Ordinary National Diploma (OND) from a recognized Nigerian institution

Possess a minimum of five (5) O’Level credits, including:

  • English Language
  • Mathematics
  • Physics
  • Chemistry
  • And at least one additional relevant subject

Obtain all O’Level credits in no more than two sittings

  • Demonstrate a strong interest and aptitude for technical, mechanical, or process operations

Training Locations

Successful applicants will be assigned to one of Lafarge’s operational training facilities based on their specialization and available capacity:

  • Ewekoro, Ogun State
  • Mfamosing, Cross River State
  • Ashaka, Gombe State
