This programme is a non-residential, 18-month intensive technical training scheme that combines classroom instruction with rigorous hands-on practical sessions.
Participants will benefit from tuition-free training, real-world technical exposure, and a monthly stipend to help offset out-of-pocket expenses.

Eligibility Requirements
To be considered for the Lafarge Technical Skills Development Programme, applicants must:
- Have completed an Ordinary National Diploma (OND) from a recognized institution
- Possess a minimum of five (5) O’Level credits, including:
- English Language
- Mathematics
- Physics
- Chemistry
- One other relevant subject
(Maximum of two sittings)
