About the Fellowship
The Lateef Jakande Fellowship Program is a one-year, non-partisan and merit-based initiative launched by Governor Babajide Olusola Sanwo-Olu to groom future leaders.
Fellows will gain first-hand experience in governance, engage with top leaders across sectors, and participate in local and international policy trips.
This program is designed to equip participants with the skills, values, and exposure needed to drive meaningful change in society.

Eligibility Requirements
To apply, you must:
- Be a Nigerian citizen
- Be under 35 years old
- Have a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree
- Have completed NYSC (or possess an exemption letter)
- Have at least 3 years of work experience
