Job Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ibadan for a Chief Financial Officer (CFO). The CFO will oversee the organization’s financial strategy and management, ensuring financial sustainability and supporting business growth.

Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing financial plans
- Preparing and analyzing financial statements
- Handling regulatory and compliance reporting
- Creating and managing budgets
- Identifying cost-saving and revenue-boosting opportunities
- Leading and mentoring the finance team to achieve operational excellence
Qualifications & Requirements
- Strong expertise in financial planning and financial management
- Proven experience in preparing and analyzing financial statements and reports
- Excellent analytical abilities to identify risks, trends, and opportunities
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Proficiency in financial software and relevant tools
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Professional certifications such as CFA, ACCA, or ICAN are an added advantage
- Experience in microfinance, banking, or related financial services is preferred
