What is NJFP 2.0?
NJFP 2.0 is a Federal Government initiative in partnership with the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), designed to connect talented Nigerian graduates with private and public sector organizations. The program helps fellows build professional experience, receive mentorship, and develop employability skills — while earning monthly stipends.
Who Can Apply? — NJFP 2.0 Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for NJFP 2.0, applicants must:
- Be a Nigerian citizen
- Be a fresh graduate (Bachelor’s Degree or HND) from any discipline — graduated not earlier than 2022
- Have a minimum of Second-Class Lower (2.2) for degree holders or Upper Credit (>3.00) for HND holders
- Be 30 years old or younger
- Not currently employed in any organization
- Have completed NYSC or possess an exemption certificate
- Demonstrate commitment and passion for their chosen career field
- Show interest in contributing to Nigeria’s socioeconomic growth
- Possess excellent time management and professional conduct j. Have good verbal and written communication skill
