Available Internship Positions

We are seeking interns for the following critical roles. Please indicate your preferred position in your application:

• Retail/Marketing: Dive into developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns. You will support product promotions, market research, and sales initiatives.
• Information Technology (IT): Contribute to maintaining our IT infrastructure, providing essential technical support, and assisting in software development and troubleshooting.
• Social Media Handler/Content Creation: Manage our online presence by creating engaging, high-quality content (graphics, videos, text) for all social media channels. You will also manage online communities and analyze performance metrics to drive growth.
• Study Abroad: Provide crucial support and guidance to students through the application, admission, and visa processes for various international study programs.
• Travel Operations: Assist in the smooth execution of all travel logistics, including organizing and booking arrangements, coordinating detailed itineraries, and ensuring excellent customer service for travel clients.
• Customer Service/Digital Services: Be the voice of R-Pro Group by handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, providing technical support for digital products, and contributing to the enhancement of our digital service offerings.
• Administration: Ensure the office runs smoothly by managing daily administrative tasks, including document control, data entry, procurement, and general office management.
• Human Resources (HR): Get involved in the core functions of HR, assisting with recruitment and selection, new employee onboarding, employee relations, and general HR administrative support.
• Legal: Support our legal department through essential tasks such as research, document drafting and preparation, contract review, and managing legal documentation.

Who We Are Looking For

To be considered for this internship, you must meet the following mandatory requirements:

• Current NYSC Service: Must be a serving National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) Member seeking a Primary Place of Assignment (PPA) for the full 12-month duration.
• Proximity: Must reside in or around the Sangotedo axis of Lagos State.
• Skills: Possess strong communication (written and verbal) and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Technical Literacy: Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Attitude: Must be a self-starter with the ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Growth Mindset: Demonstrate a genuine passion for learning and a commitment to professional development.
